FEM exists because something isn’t working.

We’ve seen it in workplaces, in everyday conversations, and in the stories people hesitate to tell out loud. Progress is talked about often—but experienced unevenly.

FEM was created to close that gap.

We’re a platform focused on gender equity, awareness, and real cultural change. Not just in theory, but in the environments people live and work in every day.

Why We Started

FEM didn’t start as a brand. It started as a reaction.

To the comments that get brushed off.
To the behaviours that sit in grey areas.
To the idea that “it’s not that bad” is somehow good enough.

We believe that the everyday environment matters just as much as the extreme cases people are already trained to recognise.

Because culture isn’t shaped by the worst moments.
It’s shaped by what people tolerate daily.
